In case the customers find anything wrong with the product, they can certainly complain for it. Our customer service staff will look into the matter and provide the appropriate solution to resolve the issue.
• If the customer cancels the order 1 day before the delivery date, he/she is entitled to get a full refund.
• The order can be cancelled anytime but full refund will be entitled only if it is done 1 day before the delivery date.
• If a customer finds anything wrong with the quality of the product, we will verify it. In case, we find the same, the product will be replaced or the customer will be entitled a full reimbursement.
• Mail us at email@example.com with your details like order number and delivery date; to complaint about the quality and services.
• Compensation will be given after discussing with the Company Management.
